2. How We Use Your Data

  • To facilitate the holding and releasing of payments based on delivery confirmation.
  • To maintain communication between platform admins, vendors, and buyers.

3. Payment and Escrow System

When buyers place an order, payments are processed securely via third-party gateways. Funds are held by BuildersMaterialHub until delivery is confirmed by the vendor through pictorial proof. If confirmed, we remit payment to the vendor. If not, the buyer may receive a refund (excluding the N5,000 agency fee).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share necessary data with:

  • Payment gateways (to process payments securely)
  • Logistics providers (for order delivery)
  • Government authorities if legally required

5. Your Rights

You can access and modify your personal data through your dashboard. You may also request that your account be deleted or data be exported.
